Nova Electric’s NJ facilities are completely stocked for the complete design, manufacturing, and testing of Rugged Custom Power Supplies, including: engineering R&D labs, printed circuit board stuffing and wiring harness stations, subassembly and transformer manufacturing, EMI filter design and manufacture, final assembly, and environmental and electrical testing of all of the above. An in-house machine shop serves to produce customized sheet metal quickly and accurately. Having all facets of the design and production under one roof ensures total quality and gives Nova Electric the ability to rapidly customize our standard products as required.

In response to customer demands, Nova Electric now offers former options only available with complete system purchases as standalone items. These include rugged and portable transformers, custom EMI filters, and external maintenance bypass switches.
